Outline: The ROKU is a tenant improvement project in existing boat racing sites, targeting on a new marketing segment, mainly young females. Various events are expected in order to reactivate the areas and mobilize customers. The unit system was comprised of basic aluminum frames and panels, and further transformed into several existing buiding conditions. The aluminum extrusions accentuate straightness and curvature, indicating spread water ripples and entangled boat wakes. The hollow core panels and frames gives an adjustablitly for installing various light fixtures and audiovisual systems.
